yeah, we’ve all have heard of kid cudi. His single “Day and Night” sticks out in my mind as a staple in his music career. Little did I know that he had been brewing a genre of music, which fuses indie and hip hop. Similar to Pharell or the Neptunes, Kid Cudi is taking hip hop to the next level.

After listening to Paris, I gave a listen to the Paris interlude, which does a fantastic job as an intro to an almost, new age, pschadelic, rock song which relates to slower tracks by The Cure and New Order. What type of genre is this?? Definitely listen to the interlude first.
